We are expanding in the DFW market and are seeking a Marketing Strategist to support our outreach and brand engagement strategy.

Position Overview

The Marketing Strategist plays a central role in supporting firm growth through coordinated, measurable, event-based, and digital marketing. This role manages the firm-wide marketing calendar, campaign execution, performance tracking, and mentoring junior marketing team members. The position has the flexibility to be remote, with one required weekly in-office collaboration day at our Southlake headquarters for alignment, planning, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the full marketing campaign calendar.

• Lead promotion and audience-building strategies for workshops, educational events, and movie events.

• Create and manage email campaigns, including invitations, reminders, newsletters, and follow-up sequences.

• Post consistent content across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook aligned to brand messaging and event cycles.

• Track and report on key performance indicators such as lead flow, conversion %, attendance metrics, and ROI.

• Recommend strategic improvements based on data trends and campaign performance.

• Mentor junior marketing team members and coordinate task execution.

• Collaborate with Sales and Advisors to ensure seamless lead handoff and funnel alignment.
