About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Strategist & Educator who can both think and execute. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that a great strategy is only as good as a broker’s ability to use it.
You won’t just be "doing marketing" behind a curtain. You will be the bridge between high-level strategy (AEO/GEO) and practical, 15-minute workflows that our brokers can actually manage. Your ability to simplify, teach, and create clarity is just as important as your ability to design a graphic.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Building Authority at Scale: Developing strategies that position our brokers as the "trusted answer" in their market (AEO/GEO focus).
- Human-Centered Storytelling: Transforming standard property data into conversational, lifestyle-driven content for blogs, social media, and listings.
- Creating the "Monday Marketing" Engine: Designing simple, actionable tasks and guides (like our GBP and Review strategies) that drive consistent action without overwhelming our team.
- Content Execution: Hands-on creation of social media graphics, email campaigns, and brand assets using Canva and AI tools.
- Education & Support: Providing light training and guidance to brokers, helping them move from "What do I do?" to "I’ve got this."
- System Building: Turning manual tasks into repeatable workflows using tools like Gemini, NotebookLM, and Testimonial Tree.

This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:
- Only want to focus on high-level strategy without touching the execution.
- Prefer "Random Acts of Marketing" over structured, repeatable systems.
- Are uncomfortable interacting with and teaching real estate professionals.
- Need a 50-page manual to get started; we value ownership and initiative.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of marketing experience (Real estate experience is a plus, but the right mindset is more important).
- Strong Writing Skills: Ability to write in a conversational, human tone (AEO style).
- Basic Design Ability: Proficiency in Canva is required.
- Tech Fluency: Familiarity with or a deep curiosity for AI tools (ChatGPT/Gemini) and marketing stacks.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
