Marketing Strategist, for Corporate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic marketing professional to join our team as a Creative Marketing Strategist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on blending creativity with data-driven strategies to deliver impactful corporate marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for shaping brand identity, designing integrated campaigns, and driving business growth through innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead creative campaign ideation across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
• Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to guide campaigns.
• Manage brand positioning and messaging for consistency across all channels.
• Optimize campaigns using data, insights, and performance metrics to ensure ROI.
• Drive innovation with new marketing trends, creative tools, and emerging platforms.
• Work closely with sales and leadership to align marketing with corporate objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or creative campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
