This exciting opportunity is based in our Columbia, Missouri office, so we’re seeking someone who either resides in or is willing to relocate to the heart of Central Missouri.

What We Are Looking For

A Marketing Strategy & Analytics Lead who combines data-driven insights with creative execution. The ideal candidate is skilled in SEO/SEM, digital campaigns, and analytics, and knows how to turn performance data into action. The lead should be highly organized and collaborative, thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment, and be passionate about driving measurable results for our brand and Dealer Network.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of E-commerce experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.) and CRM or automation tools
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
  • Skilled at balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • A reliable source of transportation
