About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Strategy Executive to drive data-driven marketing initiatives, build strong brand visibility, and support the company’s growth roadmap. This role combines hands-on digital marketing execution with strategic planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities.
Build quarterly marketing plans across digital, content, and performance channels.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaigns to improve performance.
Manage budgets, track ROAS, CAC, and other KPIs.
SEO & Website Management
Work on on-page, off-page SEO, keyword research, and optimization strategies.
Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
Monitor website analytics, traffic, and user behavior.
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Suite to track results.
Create weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Recommend improvements for conversions and customer acquisition.
Content & Communication
Support content creation for blogs, case studies, social media, and email marketing.
Maintain consistency in brand message and tone across platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, design, and development teams to align marketing goals.
Assist in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing strategy (IT industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of:
Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager
Google Ads
A/B Testing & CRO
SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical basics)
Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager
Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis Tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to create and interpret reports using data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good to Have
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Understanding of content marketing and social media strategy
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for minor SEO or website tweaks)
Familiarity with CRM tools
