Marketing Strategy Lead

We’re Hiring — Marketing Strategy Lead (Hamsun Hospitality & Saleeqa)Are you a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for brand growth? We’re looking for a Marketing Strategy Lead to drive and oversee impactful marketing initiatives across Hamsun Hospitality and our sister brand Saleeqa (Home Décor Retail).This is a high-impact role offering exposure to both the hospitality and retail industries — ideal for someone who thrives on innovation, leadership, and results-driven marketing.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for both brands

Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and strategic partnerships

Ensure consistent brand identity across all branches and platforms

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities

Supervise content, design, and digital marketing teams

Collaborate with operations and sales to align business goals with marketing initiatives

Set and monitor KPIs, marketing budgets, and ROI

Represent the marketing function in leadership and strategy meetings

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication

Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience, including 2 years in a strategic role Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and consumer insights

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
