Job Purpose:

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across B2B, B2C and Franchise Brands under INDEX Trading & Investment Company
  • This role involves enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and managing marketing activities—both digital and offline—while ensuring cohesive execution across all traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Your role will be crucial in expanding our presence and fostering relationships with both consumers and business partners.
  • The role requires a creative and analytical professional to enhance brand presence, optimize digital performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting both B2B and B2C audiences to increase brand awareness, sales, and business development in the Middle East region.
  • Identify target audiences and create customized plans to achieve marketing objectives.

Content and Campaign Management

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Develop targeted campaigns to support our franchise network, ensuring brand consistency and providing tools for franchisee success.
  • ·Oversee content creation for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all channels.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to maintain brand competitiveness

Performance Analytics

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports on ROI, traffic, engagement, and lead generation

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with key B2B partners, franchises, and media outlets to enhance marketing efforts and drive business opportunities.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Ensure cost-effective campaigns without compromising quality or results.

Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Experiment with new platforms and strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing, particularly in B2B and B2C environments, with an understanding of franchise marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and offline marketing techniques (events, print, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
