We are seeking a passionate and results-driven
Marketing Supervisor
to lead and execute our marketing initiatives while managing day-to-day activities of the marketing team. The role focuses on driving brand visibility, increasing customer engagement, and supporting sales growth across our brands lines.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily marketing operations and support the marketing team.

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage digital marketing activities including social media, influencers, and online promotion.

Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store marketing activities.

Analyze campaign performance, sales impact, and customer trends.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Collaborate with sales and other departments to maximize results.

Manage marketing timelines, budgets, and deadlines.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

3+ years of experience in marketing within the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Saudi Nationality.

Strong understanding of F&B branding, promotions, and consumer behavior.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in marketing tools and MS Office.

Outstanding people management, communication, training, computer, and technical skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish.

Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
