Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead and execute our marketing initiatives while managing day-to-day activities of the marketing team. The role focuses on driving brand visibility, increasing customer engagement, and supporting sales growth across our brands lines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily marketing operations and support the marketing team.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media, influencers, and online promotion.
  • Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store marketing activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance, sales impact, and customer trends.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to maximize results.
  • Manage marketing timelines, budgets, and deadlines.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing within the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Saudi Nationality.
  • Strong understanding of F&B branding, promotions, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and MS Office.
  • Outstanding people management, communication, training, computer, and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish.
  • Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to attend virtual and occasional physical events.
