Job Title: Marketing Supervisor Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Department: Destination Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead the planning, execution, and performance tracking of destination marketing initiatives. The role is responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring brand visibility through effective promotional activities and events. This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, team leadership, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: • Review and optimize marketing and pricing strategies to support business objectives • Plan, manage, and monitor marketing budgets, timelines, and campaign delivery • Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across relevant channels • Identify and define target audiences using demographic and market insights • Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing plans, events, and promotional activities • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events • Track campaign performance and prepare quarterly and annual performance reports • Lead the collection and analysis of campaign data to measure impact, ROI, and growth in inquiries • Stay up to date with market trends, tools, and best practices in marketing • Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to team members • Foster collaboration, accountability, and a positive, high-performance team culture
Requirements
