We are presently seeking to hire a highly qualified Marketing & Supplier Partnership Manager, responsible for bridging the gap between procurement and brand strategy, ensuring that every partner we work with—from food suppliers to lifestyle brands—is leveraged to enhance our market presence, offset costs, and create unique co-branded experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure strategic marketing partnerships with key suppliers to unlock co-branding opportunities, exclusive product launches, and shared promotional budgets.

Negotiate "marketing support" clauses within supplier contracts, ensuring that vendors contribute to the brand's visibility through sponsorships, events, and collaborative campaigns.

Lead the "In-Kind" partnership strategy, sourcing premium products and services from partners to elevate the guest experience while optimizing the marketing spend.

Act as the primary liaison between the Marketing and Procurement teams, ensuring that supplier innovations and new product arrivals are translated into compelling brand stories.

Develop and manage a calendar of partner-led activations, ensuring that every collaboration aligns with the specific DNA and premium positioning of individual INDPT brands.

Monitor and report on the ROI of all partnership activities, tracking how supplier collaborations impact brand awareness, customer engagement, and the bottom line.

Curate a "Preferred Partner" network that goes beyond transactions, fostering long-term relationships that provide INDPT with first-access to market trends and limited-edition ingredients.
