Marketing Support officer (Male)

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Support Officer to join our team. As a Marketing Support Officer, You will be Responsible for managing all marketing materials, including their packing, dispatch, and maintaining accurate stock records to ensure timely availability and efficient distribution.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field).

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in inventory, dispatch, or marketing operations (fresh graduates may also apply).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.
• Oversee the packing and dispatch of materials to branches, field teams, and events.
• Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to fulfill material requests on time.
• Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Inspect materials for quality before dispatch.
• Suggest process improvements for material handling and storage.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking for process improvement.
