Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate the marketing executives and telecallers.
- Assign daily tasks, targets, and follow-up schedules.
- Conduct daily team briefing and end-of-day review.
- Ensure quality standards in communication, follow-ups, and lead handling.
- Train new team members on scripts, product knowledge, and CRM usage.
Lead & Performance Management
- Monitor daily leads from all branches, online platforms, and campaigns.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
- Analyze team performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure achievement of team targets for walk-ins and admissions.
- Identify weak areas and implement improvement strategies.
Marketing & Coordination
- Coordinate with digital marketing team for campaigns and creatives.
- Assist in planning promotional activities, events, and job fairs.
- Ensure that brochures, posters, and social media content align with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with counselors and branch heads to support admissions.
Communication & Reporting
- Maintain clear communication with management regarding progress, challenges, and results.
- Report competitor marketing activities and market trends.
- Ensure all data, leads, and reports are updated accurately in CRM/Excel.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple activities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred).
- Good command of Excel/CRM or lead management tools.
Experience & Education
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in telecalling/marketing; team leader experience preferred.
- Experience in training institutes or educational industry is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
