Marketing Team Leader

Smile Link Dental Laboratory is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Team Leader to join our growing team. This role will involve managing digital, events, and social media marketing campaigns to promote our services and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current online marketing strategies, concepts, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the services, products, and the overall brand of the company.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Oversee content creation for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with dentists, clinics, and industry professionals.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Arabic & English speaker
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
