Marketing Team Leader

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage brand positioning and maintain a consistent corporate identity
  • Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing channels
  • Generate qualified leads and support sales team targets
  • Oversee content creation including social media posts, videos, designs, and case studies
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI through data-driven decisions
  • Manage and coordinate with external agencies, designers, and content creators
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing events
  • Prepare regular marketing reports and performance insights
  • Monitor marketing budgets and campaign spending
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, POS, or technology companies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience in branding, campaign management, and lead generation
  • Good understanding of social media management and paid advertising strategies
  • Analytical mindset with strong performance tracking and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM systems
  • Experience in B2B marketing and customer acquisition is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Creative thinking with attention to market trends and customer behavior
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle fast-paced work environments
