We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy Marketing & Booking Assistant to join Shereen Mitwalli’s team .

This is not your typical assistant role. Beyond managing Shereen’s bookings and day-to-day communications, you’ll play a pivotal role in marketing, digital growth, and lead conversion. From handling client inquiries to running ad campaigns, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combines business acumen with creativity, and knows how to use technology to get results.

Key Responsibilities

Bookings & Client Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries related to Shereen’s speaking engagements, events, and collaborations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally across email, phone, and social media channels.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups — maintaining a high conversion rate from inquiry to confirmed booking.
  • Manage Shereen’s calendar, itineraries, travel logistics, and event schedules.
  • Be present at events to assist with on-site coordination and client liaison.
  • Track and report weekly on leads, conversions, and sales activity using CRM tools.

Marketing & Digital Growth

  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters (using tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, or HubSpot).
  • Oversee and optimize Google AdWords campaigns and SEO performance in coordination with the digital team.
  • Monitor website analytics, traffic sources, and keyword rankings to support ongoing growth.
  • Manage and schedule social media campaigns, coordinating with designers and editors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Create, test, and analyze marketing funnels to convert leads into confirmed clients.
  • Support in updating Shereen’s website and online portfolio using WordPress or Elementor.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends and suggest new digital strategies to increase reach and engagement.

Administration & Coordination

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of proposals, invoices, and agreements.
  • Liaise with partners, clients, and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide on-site and virtual assistance during events, shoots, or coaching sessions

Key Requirements

  • Female, based in Dubai, and available to start immediately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or executive assistance.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, SEO tools, analytics dashboards, and social media management.
  • Strong grasp of email marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital campaign workflows, canva.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
  • Confident, presentable, and comfortable representing Shereen at high-profile events.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in events, PR, or media industries.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools for content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with an eye for creative marketing.
