For the New York Office of a Mid-Sized International Law Firm
Responsibilities include:

Lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of marketing and business development technology systems, ensuring seamless integration across CRM, campaign tools, CMS platforms, and analytics resources.

Oversee data governance, hygiene, compliance, and reporting, maintaining accurate and actionable marketing and BD data across internal and external sources.

Manage technology vendors, contracts, system upgrades, and integrations, collaborating closely with IT and marketing leadership to improve workflows and system performance.

Drive execution and reporting of email campaigns and digital initiatives, including list management, tracking, segmentation, and performance analysis.

Produce regular dashboards and reports on pipeline, origination, win/loss activity, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Support multimedia and virtual marketing initiatives, including webinars, podcasts, and virtual events, ensuring technical excellence and effective audience engagement.
Qualifications include:

4+ years of related marketing technology or data analytics experience within a professional services environment.

Demonstrated expertise in database management, data modeling, reporting, and maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance.

Demonstrated experience managing CRM platforms such as MS Dynamics and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee complex system integrations and vendor relationships.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and confidence collaborating with senior leadership and attorneys.
Salary: $95k-$115k
