Job Summary
The Traffic Manager is responsible for managing the flow of marketing projects from request to delivery. This role coordinates priorities, allocates resources, tracks timelines, and ensures that creative, content, and digital teams deliver projects efficiently, on time, and according to business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Management

Manage the intake of all marketing requests.

Prioritize projects based on business needs.

Assign work to creative, content, digital, and production teams.

Balance workloads across team members.
Project Coordination

Create and maintain project schedules.

Monitor project progress and deadlines.

Identify potential bottlenecks and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
Resource Planning

Allocate internal resources effectively.

Coordinate external agencies and freelancers when required.

Ensure optimal utilization of team capacity.
Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing stakeholders and production teams.

Provide regular project status updates.

Facilitate project kickoff and follow-up meetings.
Quality & Process Improvement

Ensure projects follow established workflows.

Improve operational efficiency.

Recommend process enhancements.

Maintain documentation and project tracking systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience

4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, creative operations, or traffic management.
