Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Trainee / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, and performance tracking. This role requires someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple platforms effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads,Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Support daily management of social media channels, including content scheduling, engagement, and community management.
• Create visually appealing content and graphics using Canva.
• Assist in updating and maintaining websites (knowledge of WordPress will be
• a plus).
• Research industry trends and competitors to contribute to strategy development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and promotions.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google
• Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of social media platforms and advertising (Facebook,
• Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn).
• Ability to create content and designs using Canva.
• Knowledge of WordPress (advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-
• paced environment.
