Marketing / Video Production Assistant

NexiGo is looking for a Marketing / Video Production Assistant to join our team here at our Beaverton location. The position is an in-office position with remote possibilities depending upon need and capabilities.
Candidates should have experience working with videography and editing, and understand how to effectively create content that promotes engagement or education. The Marketing / Video Production Assistant will work directly with the Marketing Manager and Video Production Team and will assist them with tasks as needed. Collaboration is a must. The successful candidate will be ready and able to provide ideas and brainstorm with the team and understand the creative process well.
Ideal candidates will have work experience working on creative teams to produce content and have extensive creative experience. This is an entry-level position, so we welcome candidates who are starting their career and are eager to learn and grow within the company. Job Duties:

• Assist or lead in developing video content for different channels.
• Assist with curating content for social media and customer service.
• Assist in planning projects to promote the brand image.
• Various/flexible marketing or sales tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Assist the video production team in content creation - experience with Adobe suite, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop
• Capable both behind and in front of a camera
• Create/write marketing materials and presentations
• Develop and present themes, ideas, and strategies relating to marketing efforts
• Ensure that all content best represents our company and brand image
• Assist with coordinating marketing efforts across all teams and platforms
• Assisting the Marketing Manager as necessary
• Optional: Basic knowledge of small electronics and tech support is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing or Related Field OR equivalent experience, is preferred
• Prior experience in Marketing is a plus
• Effective communication skills
• Experience with editing and videography
• Flexibility

Work Location:

• 4 days Onsite in Beaverton, OR +1 day remote
