Responsibilities

• Assist with capturing and producing photo/video content for internal communications, external marketing, training materials, and social media.
• Travel to job sites, fly drones, shoot on-the-ground content, and edit short-form media.
• Shoot (Capture) crews, equipment, construction progress, candid jobsite visuals, and in-office team members
• Edit short-form social content (reels, shorts, LinkedIn clips)
• Assist with internal and training video projects
• Follow safety protocols and brand guidelines

Requirements

• Content creating experience
• Basic Photography/videogrophy skills
• Basic experience in Adobe Premiere-pro
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel to job sites and our Walbec office locations-very minimal overnight stays
• Self-starter able to work independently
Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Preferred:

• Drone operation experience with Part 107 License or ability to take the Part 107 test sponsored by Walbec.
• Knowledge of social media trends, insights and creative ideation
