Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that include social media marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, and print advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage all aspects of website content updates, ensuring the site is current, user-friendly, and optimized for performance using WordPress and HTML coding where necessary.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance visibility across digital platforms.
- Plan, create, and monitor advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), and other digital advertising channels to generate leads and sales.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to track website performance, campaign effectiveness, and user behavior; adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop compelling content that supports product management initiatives and B2B marketing efforts.
- Manage marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing campaigns, nurture leads, and optimize conversion rates.
- Oversee budgeting for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth in e-commerce and digital spaces.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on multichannel strategies including social media marketing, content creation, and advertising sales.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation; familiarity with HTML coding is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing WordPress websites with the ability to update content and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing principles with the ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored for different audiences across platforms.
- Familiarity with print advertising processes as well as digital e-commerce strategies to support integrated campaigns.
- Strong research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes in B2B markets.
- Ability to manage budgets efficiently while delivering measurable results in sales growth or brand awareness.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams including product management, sales, design, and executive leadership.
