Marketing/Client Relations Associate

We are seeking a Marketing/Client Relations Associate who will work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to manage marketing campaigns and strengthen client relationships. This role calls for someone with strong marketing knowledge, excellent writing abilities, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with different teams to develop engaging marketing content and materials.
• Act as a primary contact for clients, addressing their requirements and building long-term professional relationships.
• Keep clients informed on project updates, deliverables, and progress.
• Assist the CMO in preparing, reviewing, and editing internal and external communication.
• Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, design, sales, and other departments.
• Provide insights and support in shaping marketing strategies and growth plans.
• Keep track of the latest marketing trends and apply them to ongoing initiatives.
• Help with scheduling, administrative support, and meeting preparation for the CMO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, client handling, and content creation.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with marketing software, CMS, and social media platforms.
