Marketing/Graphic & Media Designer– Fishing & Outdoor Industry

We are a fast-growing and well-established fishing & outdoor industry manufacturer and distributor based in Gardena, CA, serving major retailers and e-commerce platforms including the largest sporting goods chains in the United States. We are looking for a creative Marketing Graphic Media Designer to join our dynamic team!

Core Skills Requirements:

Graphic Design Proficiency

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
• Experience creating Digital and print marketing campaign graphics; Product packaging; Advertisement layout; Trade show and promotional material

Photography Skills

• Ability to shoot high-quality product and lifestyle photography
• Knowledge of lighting, composition, and post-production editing
• Familiarity with camera equipment and studio setups

Video Production

• Ability to shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos (e.g., social media content, product promos)
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Basic motion graphics/animation experience a plus (e.g., After Effects)

Marketing & Creative Support

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Create a suite of designs that promote visual cohesiveness and strengthen brand awareness

Media Management/Organization

• Maintain a digital asset library including photos, videos, and design files
• Implement consistent file naming, tagging, and storage systems for easy access and version control
• Track and archive marketing materials across campaigns and platforms
• Demonstrate exceptional organization skills and attention to detail in managing creative workflows and project assets

Additional Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or media production
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, and video. A plus if on-the-water!
• Proven track record of Time-Management skills and meeting deadlines. Highly values & prioritizes time-sensitivity of multiple job orders
• Huge Plus if candidate has experience in the fishing/outdoor industry or is an active enthusiast!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
