Responsibilities - Marketing & Office Assitant:
OFFICE DUTIES
- Oversee and manage daily office activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and overall office environment.
- Ensure office equipment (computers, printers, phones) is functioning properly and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Handle office maintenance tasks and coordinate with service providers (cleaning, IT support, building management, etc.).
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are signed in and directed to the appropriate individuals.
- Handle basic customer service inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Provide Adminstrative Support to Senior Management
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Ensure that office equipment (computers, phones, etc.) and furniture are well-maintained and fully operational.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communication regarding office operations.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure efficient office workflows.
- Communicate office policies, procedures, and updates to staff as needed.
- Manage the distribution of internal communications (memos, newsletters, announcements).
MARKETING ASSISTANCE DUTIES
- Assist Marketing Director in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives for all franchise locations.
- Manage and execute digital/social marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, SMS, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage and update social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and presentations.
- Optimize content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Experience:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager/Marketing Assistant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital principles and practices
- Experience in basic marketing, including creating engaging and persuasive content
- Familiarity with Canva Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks
- Experience in social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams to develop effective marketing strategies
