Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support marketing initiatives and boost brand visibility in the real estate sector. The candidate will play a key role in promoting residential/commercial projects, generating leads, and supporting the sales team through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote real estate projects through online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital marketing activities (SEO, social media, email campaigns, Google Ads, etc.).
• Organize and coordinate promotional events, site visits, and property exhibitions.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and property listings.
• Build relationships with channel partners, brokers, and potential clients.
• Maintain and update the database of leads and prospects.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
