About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our marketing engine.

You will manage a five figure a month Meta ad budget and be directly responsible for generating consistent, high-quality leads for our sales team.

This role is the lifeblood of our business. If leads are strong, we grow. If not, we feel it. You will have a direct impact on revenue every single day.

This is a hybrid role—part strategist, part content creator, part brand builder.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForLead Generation & Paid Ads

• Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns
• Own a $10K-15K/month ad budget with clear ROI expectations
• Continuously improve cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion rates
• Build and test new offers, creatives, and targeting strategies

Content Creation & Field Marketing

• Visit job sites to capture before & after photos and videos
• Shoot and edit high-quality video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
• Capture drone footage of completed projects
• Turn real jobs into high-converting marketing assets

Social Media & Brand Growth

• Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels
• Post consistent, engaging content that builds trust and authority
• Turn projects into viral-style transformations

Customer Interaction & Testimonials

• Interact with homeowners to capture video testimonials
• Represent Overlay Pros professionally in the field
• Be comfortable as the face of our YouTube and video content

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience running Meta Ads for lead generation
• Strong understanding of home services marketing (or similar)
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for results
• Experience shooting and editing photo/video content
• Comfortable being on camera and working directly with customers
• Self-starter who takes ownership of performance and outcomes
• Organized, driven, and focused on growth

Bonus Points If You Have Experience in concrete, hardscape, or home improvement marketingDrone experience

• Experience in concrete, hardscape, or home improvement marketing
• Drone experience (or Part 107 license)
• Experience growing a YouTube channel
• Track record of scaling ad budgets profitablyExperience with Go high Level CRM software
