Responsibilities:- Establish collaborations with platforms
- Launch new sales channel
- Manage and optimize product listings on online marketplaces, ensuring high-quality content and accurate information.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to online marketplaces.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance the customer experience.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional offers to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance, including sales trends and inventory levels.
Requirements:- Proven experience as an Online Marketplace Executive, E-commerce Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of various online marketplaces and e-commerce best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
