Key Responsibilities

Amazon (Primary Platform)

  • Full ownership of Amazon commercial performance, including pricing, Buy Box %, availability, stock depth, and account health
  • Deep, daily hands-on use of Seller Central, including case management, performance notifications, catalogue troubleshooting, and operational controls
  • Monitor seller competition, pricing pressure, and Buy Box loss; take corrective actions to protect revenue and margins
  • Manage branded listing issues including suppressions, IP complaints, contribution conflicts, brand restrictions, and policy violations
  • Own communication with Amazon Seller Support and performance teams, resolving complex account, catalogue, FBA, and compliance issues through effective case handling and escalation
  • Plan and oversee FBA shipment creation, replenishment cycles, stranded inventory resolution, ageing inventory management, and reimbursement tracking
  • Ensure margin protection through pricing discipline, fee awareness, and inventory planning

Amazon PPC

  • Own and oversee Amazon PPC as a core competency, including campaign structure, optimisation, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Use PPC primarily for Buy Box defence, visibility stabilisation, and selective growth opportunities
  • Review PPC performance regularly and guide execution by team members

Listings & Catalogue Management

  • Supervise listing creation and maintenance using existing brand assets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness
  • Manage bulk uploads and catalogue updates via flat files where required
  • Maintain catalogue health across all active ASINs without private-label brand development activities

Multi-Marketplace Management

  • Lead execution and operational consistency across eBay and TikTok Shop, with Amazon as the core revenue platform
  • Ensure pricing, stock allocation, and operational alignment across all channels
  • Support structured expansion and optimisation of secondary marketplaces through repeatable processes

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and review the work of marketplace executives
  • Set daily priorities, review outputs, and ensure execution quality
  • Act as the escalation point for operational and compliance issues
  • Drive accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement within the team

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Track marketplace KPIs including sales, Buy Box %, conversion, inventory health, and account performance
  • Produce clear performance reports and insights using advanced MS Excel
  • Identify risks and opportunities and translate them into executable actions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field

Required Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or team lead role
  • Proven experience operating within a branded resale / wholesale Amazon model
  • Strong understanding of pricing mechanics, Buy Box algorithms, availability, stock depth, and account health
  • High level of competence using Amazon Seller Central daily
  • Solid, practical experience managing Amazon PPC
  • Working experience with eBay and TikTok Shop
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon policies, compliance, and issue resolution
  • Advanced MS Excel skills for analysis and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Analytical, decisive, execution-focused mindset

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing UK and/or EU marketplaces
  • Familiarity with Magento-based e-commerce platforms
  • Experience scaling multi-channel marketplace operations
