Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's presence on various ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and others.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Coordinate with marketing, inventory, and customer service teams to streamline operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ecommerce platforms.
- Address issues related to customer reviews, returns, and shipping.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing product listings on major ecommerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
