About the Role:
We are looking for a Proactive Marketplace Specialist to manage listings, engage buyers, and drive sales for used phones and accessories. The ideal candidate has experience with online marketplaces and can optimize listings to boost visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and manage listings for used phones and accessories on marketplaces (FB, Kijiji, etc.)
• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and messages
• Coordinate pricing, promotions, and pickups with buyers
• Monitor inventory and update product availability
• Drive store traffic through effective listing strategies and promotions
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Ensure all listings are accurate, appealing, and compliant with platform rules

Requirements:

• Experience managing marketplace listings (Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple listings efficiently
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledge of used phones and accessories is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
