The Role

We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Marketing Representative / Sales Representative with a strong background in home health–focused outreach to expand our referral network and strengthen partnerships throughout the Rochester territory.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the home health landscape, has established healthcare relationships, and thrives on building meaningful referral partnerships that directly impact patient care.

What You’ll Do

· Build Strategic Relationships & Generate Referrals

· Develop and maintain strong referral partnerships specifically within home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and physician offices.

· Leverage existing home health relationships to drive consistent referral growth.

· Serve as a trusted, knowledgeable ambassador of our advanced wound care services.

Educate & Inspire Providers

· Educate physicians, nurses, case managers, and home health care teams on advanced wound care solutions, including placental graft therapies for chronic wounds.

· Clearly communicate both clinical outcomes and patient impact.

· Provide in-services and presentations tailored to home health audiences.

Sales & Territory Growth

· Develop and execute a focused territory growth plan centered on home health partnerships.

· Meet and exceed referral and revenue goals.

· Maintain an active pipeline and collaborate closely with clinical leadership.

· Attend local networking events and healthcare meetings to increase brand visibility.

Organization & Compliance

· Maintain accurate CRM documentation and weekly outreach reports.

· Manage travel and expenses responsibly.

· Uphold all regulatory and ethical healthcare marketing standards.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

· Strong background in home health marketing, outreach, or medical sales.

· Proven success generating referrals within the home health sector.

· Established relationships with home health agencies and community healthcare providers strongly preferred.

Preferred

· Experience in wound care or advanced biologics.

· Knowledge of chronic wound management and post-acute care services.

Skills & Qualities

· Warm, confident communicator who builds trust quickly.

· Self-motivated and results-driven.

· Skilled presenter comfortable speaking to clinical teams.

· Organized with strong territory management skills.

· Willing to travel locally; valid driver’s license required.

Education

· Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in place of formal education.
