MarTech Specialist

Knoativ is hiring a data-driven Martech Specialist to bring our marketing technology together across our enterprise-grade product portfolio. The role combines data, engineering, automation, and AI to drive stronger marketing performance and growth. You will be the person who connects our website, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and paid channels into a single working machine, and then makes that machine smarter every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Insights: Bring marketing data together and turn it into dashboards and insights the team can act on.
  • Data & Systems: Build and maintain the pipelines and integrations behind the stack, and keep CRM data clean, accurate, and connected.
  • Automation & AI: Set up tools, automate workflows, and use AI to improve personalization and performance tracking.
  • Web & Tracking: Manage our Framer and WordPress sites — landing pages, conversion tracking, technical SEO, GA4, and GTM — and work with paid media on audiences, conversion APIs, and pixel setup across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
  • Experimentation: Build predictive models, customer segments, and A/B tests that make every campaign sharper than the last.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and be the go-to person for martech training and support.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in martech, data analysis, or related roles
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau or Power BI, and Python, R, or JavaScript for analysis, tracking, integrations, and custom workflows
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, such as HubSpot and Amplemarket.
  • Familiarity with Framer- and WordPress-based website stacks.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and paid media tracking across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
  • Strong grasp of B2B funnel mechanics, lead scoring, attribution, and pipeline reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or growth-focused teams.
  • Comfort working with tools, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with evolving marketing technologies.
