MASA Plant Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and control MASA XL 9.1, XL 9.2, and VB block production lines.
• Ensure smooth daily production with minimum downtime.
• Monitor production parameters to achieve required quality, output, and consistency.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Implement production planning to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Optimize raw material usage and reduce wastage.
• Maintain production records, reports, and machine performance data.
• Train and guide operators to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in concrete block / paver / precast production.
• Strong hands-on experience with MASA XL 9.1, XL 9.2, and VB machines.
• Good understanding of block mix designs and production workflows.
• Ability to handle shift operations and factory floor challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
