The Human Resources (HR) team at flydubai supports employees throughout their full lifecycle by managing people's processes, compliance, development and employee services. HR oversees onboarding, training, HR systems, policies, visas, legal attestations, government coordination, airport passes and sensitive case handling, while also supporting recruitment through job postings, CV screening, interviews and job description creation.
About The Role
The 12-week HR rotational internship program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the full HR lifecycle at flydubai. The role enables interns to gain practical insight into core HR operations, HR business partners, talent acquisition, learning & development, psychology, and government relations. The key objectives are to expose the intern through observation, hands-on support, and project-based learning to develop foundational HR knowledge, professional judgment, data literacy, and stakeholder engagement capabilities within a regulated aviation environment.
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations
