Job Responsibilities:

Perform all types of civil repair and modification work, including flooring, walls, ceilings, and minor structural crack repairs.

Carry out grouting, waterproofing, and sealing works as required.

Handle carpentry-related maintenance such as door hinges, locks, and ceiling tiles.

Ensure all work is completed to Facility Management (FM) standards and site specifications.

Conduct routine civil maintenance including masonry, painting, plastering, and tiling.

Maintain safety compliance and quality standards on-site.

Qualification:

Secondary school education; basic matric knowledge preferred

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry
