Mason

We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our engineering and construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality masonry work in line with our commitment to delivering innovative, end-to-end construction solutions for commercial, residential, and creative living spaces. The Mason will play a key role in ensuring durability, precision, and aesthetic excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bricklaying, block work, plastering, and concrete finishing as per project specifications.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and plans.
• Measure and cut materials to required sizes using hand and power tools.
• Ensure alignment, leveling, and structural integrity of masonry work.
• Repair and maintain existing masonry structures when required.
• Mix mortar, cement, and other materials in proper proportions.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other construction team members to meet project deadlines.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mason in construction projects (commercial/residential preferred).
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various site conditions.
• Good attention to detail and workmanship quality.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations in construction sites.
