We are conducting an open house hiring event for experienced Masons.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our construction team. The Mason will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, stone, concrete, and other materials. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, hands-on experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lay bricks, blocks, and stones according to construction plans
• Mix and apply mortar or other bonding materials
• Cut and shape materials to fit specifications
• Repair and restore existing masonry structures
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure alignment, level, and structural integrity of work
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Follow safety guidelines and construction standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Good physical strength and stamina
• Skilled in using masonry tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and precision
• Knowledge of safety procedures in construction
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in masonry or construction-related field
• Experience working on residential and commercial projects

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials
• May require standing, bending, and kneeling for long periods
