About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marble and Porcelain Mason to join our team for high-end luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabricating and installing marble and porcelain surfaces with precision, artistry, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication and installation of kitchen countertops, vanity tops, staircases, flooring, cladding, and TV units using marble and porcelain.
• Accurately cut, polish, and finish materials to meet design specifications and aesthetic standards.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and technical plans.
• Ensure precise fitting, alignment, and finishing of all stone surfaces.
• Maintain high-quality craftsmanship consistent with luxury interior standards.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to achieve flawless results.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3–5 years minimum) as a Marble Mason, Tile Setter, or Stone Fabricator.
• Expertise in porcelain and natural stone handling, cutting, and installation.
• Ability to work with precision tools and stone-cutting machinery.
• Strong eye for detail and quality finishing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of adhesives, sealants, and installation materials for stone and porcelain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with luxury residential or villa projects.
• Understanding of modern design trends and high-end finishing techniques.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and execute customized designs.
