MULTI TECNICIAN (Tile/Mason/Gypsum/Painter)

The Multi Technician is responsible for executing a variety of construction and finishing works on-site, including tiling, masonry, gypsum installation, and painting. The role ensures that all tasks are completed with high-quality standards, within scheduled timelines, and following safety protocols.

 Tile Work:

• Lay floor and wall tiles accurately according to project specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finishing of tiles.

 Masonry Work:

• Construct and repair walls, partitions, and other masonry structures.
• Perform plastering, molding, and basic concrete work.

 Gypsum Work:

• Install gypsum boards, ceilings, and decorative elements.
• Ensure smooth finishing and readiness for painting.

 Painting:

• Prepare surfaces, apply primers and paints, and ensure uniform finish.
• Handle touch-ups and decorative painting as required.
