Mason (Tiles Fixer Skilled)

To perform masonry works including tile fixing, block work, plastering, and repair activities for buildings and facilities. Ensure all maintenance tasks a re completed to high quality standards and in compliance with safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all types of tile installation, including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite tiles.
• Carry out tile cutting, shaping, leveling, and grouting with precision.
• Conduct maintenance and repair works for damaged or loose tiles in various facilities.
• Execute masonry works such as block laying, plastering, patching, and surface preparation.
• Inspect work areas to determine required materials, measurements, and repair needs.
• Mix and apply mortar, adhesives, sealants, and grouts as per project requirements.
• Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finishing of installed tiles.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repair tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Provide support to other maintenance team members when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mason/Tiles Fixer in maintenance or facility management.
• Good knowledge of tile installation tools, adhesives, grouting materials, and cutting machines.
• Ability to read drawings, measurements, and material specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Qatari ID and transferable visa preferred.
