About the role
You'll be instrumental in keeping our hiring engine humming-managing scheduling and candidate experience-while also helping to build pipelines for our highest priority Schools Staffing roles. If you're highly organized, resourceful, and excited by the idea of helping scale a world class team, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews-phone screens, virtual panels, and onsite loops-and manage the full staffing lifecycle across hiring, onboarding, and development.
- Own end to end, high volume recruitment for handling all recruitment operations-from sourcing to contracting and evaluation-across ClassSupervisor, School Leads, Teachers, and School Managers.
- Plan and run large scale hiring campaigns via sourcing through a variety of sources, including the Internet, professional associations, networking, ads, and WhatsApp channels.
- Forecast staff demand and ensure supply readiness by school, role, and timeline.
- Build systems to track staffing metrics, performance, and deployment progress.
- Align with Ops, Learning, Admissions, and Product to ensure smooth school launches, surface risks, unblock bottlenecks, and continuously improve staffing processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting
- Strong planning, coordination, and systems thinking skills.
- Data driven, organized, and execution focused.
- Arabic fluency required; English is preferred
- Background in educational sector, large scale hiring, or large event planning in KSA is a plus.
