Job Purpose
Planning & execution of the Mass Market revenue growth strategy from conception to inception ensuring Etisalat Market competitiveness & budget achievement.
Report To Position Name
Design & apply tactics to maximize the Mass segment base revenue growth.
Manage and develop Akwa Kart product in terms of base and revenues in terms of base engagement, continuity and value per subscriber.
Planning and Managing tactics & offers to develop customer value across Mass & Akwa Kart base.
Define market potential and prospects based on market dynamics and design needed relevant propositions & promotions to attract and develop Akwa Kart & Mass customers.
Managing the execution of Mass segment Marketing Calendar with all activities related to the Mass revenues & Akwa Kart activities.
Oversee Akwa Kart Customers’ End-to-End experience and engagement.
Lead Mass revenue team to develop innovative propositions for the Mass market segment, based on targeted segments specifications for base development and revenues, to achieve the Mass market budget and enhancing the Mass market segment products and services.
Monitor performance of Mass segment revenues & Akwa Kart metrics such as usage drivers, sub profiling, segment & regional penetration…. etc., in order to maintain an updated overview on different customer performance variables.
Manage designing / updating tariff structures and pricing strategies for Mass segment in response to market dynamics or change in customer behaviors to ensure leadership and superiority of offering vs. the other market players.
Lead Mass revenue team to analyze & understand the market conditions and dynamics and different sales channels capabilities in relations to the competition and customers’ needs.
Initiate periodical market research activities to maintain market position understanding, customers habits changes and potential market opportunities and gaps.
Manage periodical Mass revenues & Akwa Kart performance reports to be shared with Management.
Coordination with various stakeholders across the organization (Sales, CC, IT, CX, Pricing, Finance …….etc) to provide the best viable value-based product and customer experience for Mass segment & Akwa Kart platform.
Hire high caliber candidates in relevance to segment KPIs.
Develop the team members’ technical & soft-skills
Maintain a sustainable & motivated team.
