Mass Tort Trial Paralegal

Location: This position is in-person for candidates located near our Pensacola or Palm Beach offices; candidates outside these areas may work remotely, but only within the state of Florida.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mass Torts Trial Paralegal to support attorneys in preparing complex cases for trial. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong MDL knowledge, and brings proven trial preparation experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage high-volume caseloads and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Track deadlines, schedule appointments, and prepare pleadings.
• Handle discovery: incoming, outgoing, and summaries.
• Prepare for trial: exhibits, closing statements, and courtroom support.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and diagnostic studies.
• Maintain subrogation info and assist with lien negotiations.
• Liaise with co-counsel, PACER, and court filing portals.
• Train team members on workflows and streamline MDL processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of Mass Torts experience.
• Demonstrated trial preparation and courtroom experience.
• Strong knowledge of MDL procedures and case management software.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Paralegal certification or associate’s degree preferred.
