Job Summary

Nordic Holding Bahrain is hiring an experienced Spa Therapist with a strong background in hotel spa operations. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and skilled in delivering a variety of massage treatments while maintaining high standards of hygiene, guest care, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments, including different types of massage based on guest needs and spa protocols.
• Perform consultations to understand guest preferences, health conditions, and contraindications.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in line with hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and spa products to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure consistent service standards and guest satisfaction (handling feedback professionally).
• Support daily spa operations: appointment readiness, treatment preparation, and end-of-day room reset.
• Follow hotel policies, service standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel or resort (mandatory).
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques such as:
• Swedish Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Aromatherapy Massage
• Hot Stone Massage
• Sports Massage (preferred)
• Thai Massage / Reflexology (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of basic anatomy, body mechanics, and contraindications.
• Excellent grooming, professional communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per hotel operation needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Spa/beauty therapy certification or diploma from a recognized institute.
• Experience in upselling spa services and retail products.
• Multilingual is a plus.
