The Role & Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a therapist who is deeply passionate about their craft and shares the core values of PADO Wellness Center. Our ideal candidate believes in the power of natural healing and is dedicated to helping clients achieve long-term well-being.

While we are primarily seeking a Massage Therapist, we are highly interested in "multi-certified" professionals. If you hold additional licenses as an Esthetician, Body Contouring Specialist, etc., we would love to discuss how those skills can be integrated into your practice at our center.

Requirements:

• License: Active Florida State Massage Therapy License (Required).
• Certifications: Additional licenses in Esthetics or Body Contouring are a significant plus.
• Clientele: An established clientele is highly preferred.
• Software: We provide Mangomint for booking, but we are open to discussing your needs if you have a preferred software already in place.

Schedule:

• Primary Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• This is a weekend-focused position, though additional days are possible upon request.

Compensation:

• Flexible Models: We offer the choice between a Booth Rental agreement or a Percentage-Based Commission split.

NOTE ON COMPENSATION: The pay range listed is a system requirement for the posting. Actual compensation is flexible based on your preference for a Booth Rental agreement or a Percentage-Based Commission split. All financial details and options will be disclosed and discussed exclusively during the interview.

Pay: $15.00 - $100.00 per hour
