The Spa at the Herrington Inn is seeking a part-time Massage Therapist to join our upscale hotel spa team. We offer a beautiful, tranquil work environment, a refined spa menu with signature treatments, and a supportive, friendly team culture. Position Details:

• Part-time Massage Therapist
• Every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (same weekend rotation)
• Possibility of one additional weekday per week
• Opportunities to fill in for team members during vacations of time off

Requirements:

• Current state of Illinois Massage Therapy License
• Dual license (massage Therapist & Esthetician) is a plus
• Willingness to learn and perform signature spa treatments unique to our location
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• As a hotel spa, flexibility is essential to meet guest needs and service demands

Compensation:

• Average hourly earnings: $70-$100+. based on service commission, gratuity, and hourly pay
• Service Commission: 25% (with potential increase after 90 days based on perforance)
• Retail Commission: 10%
• Suggested Gratuity: 20%
