Duties

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall health.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver esthetic services such as facials, skin cleansing, exfoliation, and other skincare treatments tailored to client skin types and concerns.
• Educate clients on pain management strategies, skincare routines, and occupational health practices to promote long-term wellness.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment outcomes using medical terminology when appropriate.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by adhering to health regulations and sanitation standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to client concerns, answering questions clearly, and fostering a positive atmosphere.

Requirements

• Valid licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician in accordance with state or local regulations.
• Proven experience in medical spa settings or similar environments with knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Strong skills in patient service, assessment, pain management techniques, and occupational health practices.
• Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced massage modalities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and wellness strategies.
• Knowledge of skincare products, procedures, and current trends in esthetics.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
