Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality facials within the scope of practice and licensing, adhering to our high standards and protocols.
• Provide outstanding guest service, consistently following our guidelines and procedures.
• Educate clients on skincare products and recommend personalized at-home care routines.
• Stay updated on retail products and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Foster positive relationships with team members and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

Education, Skills, and Training:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required, with 3+ years preferred
• Completion of at least 500 hours of skincare education, including required classroom work.
• Ongoing participation in continuing education to enhance effectiveness (preferred).
• Ability to pass a background check with satisfactory results.
• Compliance with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in performing facials and following protocols.
• Must hold a current Master Esthetician License in Washington State.

Communication and Personal Interactions:

• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to communicate courteously and professionally with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
