Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Auto Electrician to diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic systems in German luxury vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge in wiring, coding, programming, and online/offline diagnostics, ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced online and offline diagnostics using manufacturer-specific software (e.g., Mercedes STAR, BMW ISTA, Audi VAS, VW ODIS).
• Radar Programming,
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and electronic systems, including:
• Engine management systems
• Transmission control units
• ABS, ESP, and airbag systems
• Infotainment, telematics, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
• Wiring harness repairs and modifications
• Perform coding, programming, and adaptation of control units (e.g., key programming, module replacement, software updates).
• Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on complex electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain technical issues and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Auto Electrician.
• At least 5 years of UAE-specific experience working with German luxury cars.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proven mastery of online/offline diagnostics for German brands.
• Expertise in wiring diagrams, circuit testing, and harness repair.
• Hands-on experience with coding, programming, and software flashing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Autel, Launch, Bosch, or OEM-specific devices.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
• Certification:
• Formal certification from a recognized institute or manufacturer (e.g., Mechatronics, DEKRA, Bosch) is highly preferred.
