We’re looking for a motivated, detail-focused automotive technician who takes pride in getting the job done right the first time. Our technicians work together to provide high-quality service—no shortcuts, no guesswork, just accurate diagnostics and reliable repairs.

Our shop currently services around 650 vehicles per month with the goal to grow to about 700 cars per month. By God’s grace, we’ve continued to grow year after year—and we’re just getting started.

Compensation is based on experience and productivity. Our A-level technicians typically start around $105k annually, with many earning $120k+ per year. We believe great technicians should be paid accordingly, supported by strong systems, consistent workflow, and a team environment that has your back.
